JOB DESCRIPTION Manage portfolio of clients, provide tailored financial planning and investment advisory services across multiple asset classes. Engage clients to understand their financial goals and conduct regular portfolio reviews. Support senior managers in growth strategies and drive business development through client acquisition. Role and Responsibilities • Manages portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services. • Proactively engage with clients to assess their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. • Offer tailored investment solutions across asset classes, including equity, debt, MF, PMS, insurance, and structured products. • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates to ensure alignment with client objectives. • Support senior managers in executing growth strategies and achieving revenue targets. • Leverage the group's existing customer base e.g., CV/PV dealers & fleet owners; develop investment solutions within this captive base to deepen client relations & expand AUM • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through referrals and networking, while addressing clients' broader financial requirements (lending, insurance) by leveraging group expertise Qualifications & Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields (e.g., MBA) Relevant certifications (NISM, AMFI, CFP) are highly preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio management, and advisory services. Good understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics. Soft Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Drive AUM growth and maximize revenue from client portfolios. Maintain strong client retention, solid satisfaction scores, and foster client referrals. Support in executing business development plans by meeting and client acquisition targets set as part of the overall strategy Act as the primary relationship holder, addressing clients' holistic financial management needsincluding investments, lending, and insurance—by leveraging subject matter experts from the group. Support team efforts and contribute to overall organizational objectives
