Role Overview: You will be a part of the Premium Membership Program (PMP) team in Bangalore with the main responsibility of guiding existing clients to upgrade to the premium PMP subscription and ensuring timely renewal of client subscriptions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships to encourage upgrades to premium services. - Clearly communicate the benefits of premium services and long-term subscriptions to clients. - Ensure compliance with all SEBI disclosure requirements. - Collaborate with teams across India to achieve objectives. Qualification Required: - Graduation is mandatory. - Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer support from various industries. - Essential skills include excellent communication and convincing abilities, high energy levels, persistence, commitment, independence in work, presentability, and capability to interact with high-net-worth (HNI) or premium clients.
