You will be responsible for taking ownership of client relationships and driving growth with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should genuinely understand client needs, recommend the right products, and aim to create lasting value. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients across various financial product categories such as investments, insurance, loans, and wealth solutions. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing transparent, need-based advice, engaging regularly, and conducting periodic portfolio reviews. - Understand client goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions aligned with their financial objectives, ensuring 100% suitability and compliance. - Utilize your existing network to identify new business opportunities and expand client coverage. - Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, documentation, and servicing with zero operational errors. - Stay informed about market trends and new products to offer timely insights and proactive advice to clients. The ideal candidate for this role should: - Currently work in the financial industry with experience in banking, wealth management, or advisory roles. - Possess a strong client base established on trust and consistent engagement. - Be passionate about creating long-term financial impact for clients. - Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be confident in client interactions, supported by operational backing. - Demonstrate excellent communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time.
