Senior Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain high standards of visual merchandising across all stores in the assigned region.
• Develop visually appealing displays in line with brand/VM guidelines.
• Plan and execute store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches.
• Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of execution.
• Train store staff on VM best practices and guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain display standards.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to support promotions and campaigns.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve VM effectiveness based on store performance and customer insights.
• Manage multiple store roll-outs and VM implementation within defined timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
