What You'll Do

• Lead with Creativity: Take ownership of end-to-end video editing and motion graphics projects, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand identity.
• Strategize & Guide: Work closely with the Creative Director, designers, and content creators to set creative directions and maintain consistency.
• Innovate and Inspire: Push creative boundaries with advanced editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered tools to enhance storytelling.
• Platform Mastery: Create optimized content for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other digital mediums.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior editors/designers, share knowledge, and build a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends in editing, storytelling, motion design, and AI innovations.

Who You Are

• A highly creative Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics professional with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
• Proficient in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Skilled in motion graphics, typography, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience in AI generation tools is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to guide and inspire team members.
