Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Video Editor at our Mumbai location. The Senior Video Editor will manage daily video production and editing tasks, ensuring high-quality output. The role involves video color grading, creating motion graphics, and integrating graphics to enhance visual storytelling. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver engaging multimedia content.

What Youll Do

• Lead video editing projects from concept to final delivery with top-tier creativity and quality.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Adapt and optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TV, and digital ads.
• Apply advanced editing skills in VFX, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and mixing.
• Explore and integrate new editing tools, AI technologies, and workflows for better efficiency.
• Organize and manage video assets for smooth collaboration and quick retrieval.
• Implement feedback while maintaining creative vision and meeting deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members on editing best practices and trends.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Video Production and Video Editing
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally within an advertising agency, production house, or a fast-paced in-house creative team.
• Competence in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
• Experience with integrating Graphics into video projects
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects Final Cut Pro)
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools is a plus
