Senior Vice President-Treasury/Capital Markets

As a Delivery Director / Head of Delivery in the Treasury & Capital Markets domain, you will be responsible for leading large-scale delivery of trading, risk, funding, and liquidity platforms. Your role will involve hands-on program execution, modernization, and solution governance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems. You are expected to have a deep understanding of capital markets technology, engineering practices, and end-to-end delivery ownership across global stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives, driving planning and execution of multi-million-dollar programs, governing agile teams, and ensuring delivery excellence in resiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will be actively involved in execution architecture reviews, modernization of legacy platforms, and implementation of best practices in Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native delivery. Collaborating with product owners and Treasury stakeholders, you will define target state architectures, shape modernization roadmaps, oversee vendor platforms, and drive AI and productivity enablement initiatives. People and stakeholder management will also be a key aspect of your role, including building and managing high-performing delivery teams, partnering with global CIO/CTO and business sponsors, and managing third-party vendors and delivery partners. To be successful in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in software delivery for BFSI, with a substantial portion focused on capital markets and treasury systems. A strong track record as a Delivery Director / Head of Delivery in Sell-side / Buy-side / Treasury tech is essential, along with expertise in delivering mission-critical systems and modernization projects. Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, cloud-native solutions, and real-time data pipelines is required, as well as familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and global stakeholder management.
