Senior Vice President of Technology

As an experienced SVP Technology in the Ecommerce and StartUps industry, you will lead a current team of 25+ members, including the Product Head, Tech Head, 7 Product, and 11-12 Dev/Engg, with plans for expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead platform engineering, product technology, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA functions. You will also be the strategic architect of the startup product and platform roadmap, driving design, development, engineering excellence, micro-services architecture, and ecosystem enablement. Your technological agility is crucial, as you must demonstrate a track record of successfully working with diverse and rapidly changing technologies. You should showcase adaptability and innovation over stagnant or single-stack approaches. In the future, your goals will include spearheading the development of a substantial AI/Data Science system within the "Digi Haat" platform. This focuses on building the organization's most extensive AI tech stack. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and scaling the platform to achieve the performance, reliability, and functionality necessary to match existing industry leaders in quick commerce and delivery. You will also play a key role in leading the hiring strategy for the Technology team, attracting and securing top-tier tech professionals to rapidly expand capabilities.
