Senior Vice President Fundraising & Investor Relations

As a Senior Vice-President in our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the Fundraising process, maintaining Investor relations, and aligning capital raising with our long-term growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying, approaching, and engaging with various investors, crafting and delivering compelling investor pitches, developing fundraising strategies, presenting financial models and growth roadmaps, negotiating investment terms, collaborating with the founding team, and representing the company at events and networking forums. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and engage with angel investors, early-stage investors, VCs, and strategic funding partners. - Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches, presentations, reports, and business cases. - Develop, lead, and execute fundraising and acquisition strategies. - Understand and present financial models, market potential, and growth roadmaps with clarity and confidence. - Negotiate investment terms, manage investor relationships, and oversee post-funding communications. - Collaborate with the founding team to refine business strategy and revenue models as per the market standards. - Represent the company at high-profile events, pitch competitions, and networking forums. Preferred Background: - CA/MBA/Investment Banking background or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related fields. - Strong understanding of Investment terminology, Valuation methods, and Deal structuring. - Prior Experience in Fundraising, Investor relations, or Financial consulting (preferred in Startup/Tech). - Exceptional Presentation, Networking, and Negotiation skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think Long-term and execute in a startup environment. Skills & Experience: - Strong financial acumen & strategic planning ability. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Deep understanding of startup investment ecosystems. In this role, compensation is equity-based only with the equity range determined by mutual agreement and value addition.
