Job Summary:

We re looking for a

Senior Verification & Validation Engineer

who thrives on curiosity and critical thinking. This role is all about digging deep, asking the right questions, and uncovering opportunities to make products better. You ll be the person who doesn t just check boxes you ll challenge assumptions, spot defects, and highlight enhancements that others might miss.

Responsibilities :

Design and execute test strategies that ensure products meet requirements and deliver real value.
Explore systems with an inquisitive mindset, finding edge cases and hidden issues.
Collaborate with design, development, and quality teams to improve product reliability and performance.
Document findings clearly, ensuring traceability and actionable insights.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices in defect detection, validation, and continuous improvement.
Drive process improvements that make testing smarter, faster, and more impactful.

Skills Required:

7+ years of experience in verification, validation, or quality engineering.
Strong analytical skills and a knack for spotting patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Hands on experience with test automation tools and scripting (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.).
Familiarity with requirements management systems (DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar).
Excellent communication skills you can explain complex findings in a way that inspires action.
A curious, detail oriented mindset: you love asking what ifand why not
