Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Vehicle Integration Specialist (Electrical Focus) at Sun Mobility, your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly integrate battery swapping systems into various electric vehicle models, with a specific emphasis on electrical systems. You will work closely with automotive manufacturers and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of battery swapping solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead collaboration with automotive manufacturers and internal teams for integrating battery swapping systems, focusing on electrical systems. - Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine compatibility with different vehicle electrical architectures. - Develop integration plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for electrical components and systems. - Design and implement custom electrical solutions for vehicle modifications to accommodate battery swapping technology. - Perform testing and validation of integrated electrical systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicle electrical integration and battery swapping systems. - Provide expert technical support and training on electrical aspects of vehicle integration. - Stay updated with industry trends in electric vehicle technology, battery systems, and automotive electronics. - Collaborate with customer OEMs to integrate swappable battery systems into their electric vehicle models. - Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. - 12 to 15 years of experience in vehicle electrical integration or automotive electrical engineering. - Proficiency in CAD software and other electrical engineering tools. - Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, battery technology, and automotive electronics. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field. - Experience with battery swapping technology. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles and battery systems.,
