Senior UX Researcher, Google Cloud Business Intelligence

As a User Experience Researcher (UXR) at Google, your primary responsibility will be to help your team understand user needs by conducting independent research on various aspects of products and experiences. You will work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other UX Researchers to identify and prioritize research opportunities in a dynamic environment. It is crucial that you incorporate technical and business requirements into your research to provide valuable insights. You will play a critical role in advocating research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations. Your expertise in user-focused perspectives will be essential in product discussions, design reviews, and strategic research planning. By leveraging various research methods such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis, you will explore user behaviors and motivations to inspire and inform design decisions.
