Senior User Experience / User Interface Designer - Enterprise Platform

As a Product / UX Designer for Salesforce Products, your role is crucial in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences for the suite of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to shape the user interface and overall user experience. - Understand user needs and conduct user research to translate insights into innovative design solutions aligned with Salesforce's design principles and business objectives - Drive the development of centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and increase product adoption - Communicate clear and compelling ideas through documentation, reviews, and presentations to key stakeholders - Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams - Work closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for the product area - Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences - Create designs adhering to and extending the existing style guide - Generate detailed final design specs for accurate developer builds - Collaborate with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product - Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns - Set the vision for a product's creative identity, articulate it clearly, and guide the team through implementation - Create inclusive designs for all users, advocating for accessibility Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field - Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and/or mobile applications, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS products - 6.5 to 10 years of experience as a UX Designer - Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and processes - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment and produce high-quality design work on tight deadlines - Strong communication and active listening skills - Experience using analytics and user research to drive decisions and develop product iterations - Ability to distill complex problems and provide clear, elegant solutions - Systems thinking to improve the entire user flow, not just individual features - Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma and the ability to learn new tools quickly - Experience designing global software accessible to users of multiple languages and abilities - Experience in design systems, not just single-purpose apps - Strong ethical compass and commitment to equality Your impact as a UX Designer for Salesforce Products will be significant in driving user satisfaction, product adoption, and creating inclusive designs for all users.
