About the Role

At Onething, we work on products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll help craft these experiences from the ground up.

You’ll be involved in everything from research to wireframes to prototyping, translating product goals into flows that feel effortless. Alongside that, you’ll mentor junior designers and play a key role in how we think, build, and grow as a design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX on complex projects from research to wireframes to handoff.
• Turn business goals and user needs into clean, intuitive experiences.
• Plan and run user research, interviews, and usability tests when needed.
• Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, and whatever else helps you think.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product folks.
• Mentor junior designers and help shape the team’s process.

Requirements

•  3+  years of full-time experience in UX design, with a strong grasp of end-to-end product thinking.
• A portfolio that reflects both your design process and problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in user research, planning, conducting, and synthesising insights into actionable design decisions.
• Strong visual judgement and a solid understanding of usability and interaction patterns.
• Clear and thoughtful communicator, comfortable presenting ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects with attention to detail.
