Senior Usage Billing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be part of the Order and Rights Management team in Bangalore, providing order management support for Refinitiv (An LSEG Enterprise). Your primary responsibilities will include handling the order process for select products, maintaining defined standards for quality and efficiency, handling customer queries professionally, and constantly striving to improve internal order processes to enhance customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Enter orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfillment systems and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within agreed turnaround times. - Call out any delays to internal groups, including senior team members as appropriate. - Meet and maintain defined standards for quality and efficiency. - Handle internal customer queries in a professional manner. - Be a great team player, attend team meetings, and ensure internal and external customer requirements are met. - Support billing team in validating online invoices and portals. - Review group email account to ensure requests are actioned promptly. - Create and modify customer master data. - Meet agreed volume, service, and quality targets. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate in a related field such as commerce or accounting.
