Senior Usage Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Handle order processing, administration, billing, and collections for Refinitiv as part of the Order and Rights Management team in Bangalore - Collaborate with regional centers globally to provide order management support while ensuring compliance with key functions - Maintain product administration, country price lists, and continuously improve internal order processes to enhance customer service - Enter orders, manage internal customer queries, maintain defined quality and efficiency standards, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders - Support billing team in validating invoices, resolving access-related issues, and managing customer master data - Review group email account, prioritize tasks, and meet volume, service, and quality targets Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate in a related field such as commerce or accounting Key Skills: - Good data interpretation skills - Knowledge of computer systems, with proficiency in SAP and Sales force being advantageous - Customer-centric demeanor with excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and high learning agility - Result-oriented, ability to multi-task, and work independently - Flexibility to work night shifts and collaborate effectively within a team Additional Company Details: LSEG is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider focused on driving financial stability and sustainable growth.
