About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and placing candidates across various technologies and must thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT clients
Work extensively on LinkedIn, job portals, and resume databases
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates
Maintain and update candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
Skills & Technologies:
Recruitment experience in US IT domain
Knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, AI/ML, Data Analytics
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster
Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, L1, GC, etc.) for US placements
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or bench sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, quick learner, and self-motivated
Professional, presentable, and target-driven
Comfortable working in night shift hours
