Job Description

This is Onsite role at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Working hours are Indian Night shift. Timing 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST (9 AM EST - 6 PM EST) Please apply only if you are available to work night shift and onsite. NO REMOTE.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, navigating immigration-related employment processes (H1B, Green Card, EADs, Citizens), and recruiting talent across a wide array of technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into talent market trends and hiring best practices.

Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, focusing on both technical and non-technical positions.

Leverage various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, to identify top talent.

Facilitate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.

Immigration Expertise:

Navigate and manage immigration-related processes, including H1B visas, Green Cards (GC), EADs, and other work authorizations.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Market Knowledge:

Stay up to date on the latest technologies, industry trends, and market demands to effectively source and assess candidates.

Provide clients with data-driven hiring insights and recommendations.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on client-facing roles and technical hiring.

Strong knowledge of immigration processes, including H1B, Green Card, and EAD requirements.

Proven ability to source and recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds, including citizens and work-authorized individuals.

Excellent understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
