We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, setting team priorities, mentoring recruiters, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, sound technical knowledge, and a passion for team development are essential. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to gather and refine job requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with team and organizational goals. Team Prioritization & Oversight: Set clear priorities for the recruiting team based on business needs and pipeline urgency. Allocate resources effectively and resolve conflicts to meet tight deadlines. JD Analysis & Skill Identification: Analyze job descriptions to extract key technical and soft skill requirements. Proactively update recruiters to ensure alignment in sourcing and screening strategies. Recruitment Tracking & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate status updates on open roles, pipelines, and team performance to senior management. Mentoring & Team Development: Track performance metrics, coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, client engagement, and best practices in candidate management. Client Communication & Follow-ups: Maintain strong relationships with internal/external clients by providing consistent updates, ensuring timely submissions, and following up on feedback and interviews. Process Optimization: Recommend and implement process improvements and recruiting tools to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience in recruiting with atleast 2 years in a lead or managerial role. Proven track record in managing high-performing recruiting teams. Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to engage with technical hiring managers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and other recruitment technologies. Preferred Skills: Experience working in fast-paced IT services or consulting environments. Familiarity with both agency and in-house recruitment models. Data-driven decision-making and experience using recruitment analytics dashboards.
