UI/UX Lead

As the UI/UX Lead at PodUp India, you will be responsible for defining and driving the user experience across all of our platforms, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and accessible. Were seeking a creative thinker with leadership skills and a passion for building user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for PodUps digital products, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and final designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and experience.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user journeys that enhance user engagement and overall experience.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions.
• Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and functional user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide the design team to maintain high standards of UX/UI design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure PodUp remains at the forefront of user experience innovation.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience

  in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design.
• Proven experience in

  leading design teams

  and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript to convert figma into SaaS software html
• Solid understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile UI design patterns.
• Excellent
