Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer who can lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and branding with a proven ability to translate business requirements into creative, functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistency across projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve interfaces and experiences.
• Deliver engaging, responsive designs optimized for web, mobile, and apps.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices and creative approaches.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing assets.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (motion graphics a plus).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma, InVision, Axure, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing websites, apps, and UI/UX projects.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
