Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Hyderabad (Remote) Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years Job Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products for both B2B and B2C applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in startup environments , contributing to fast-paced, AI-driven product development. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional design skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful experiences across responsive web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for responsive applications (desktop, tablet, mobile). Drive user-centered design strategies that align with business goals and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and guide the team toward design excellence. Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups using Figma . Conduct usability testing and leverage findings to refine and improve design outcomes. Maintain consistency in design patterns, visual language, and branding across platforms. Effectively present design concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills 12+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on consumer-facing and enterprise-level (B2B) products. Experience working on Generative AI or other AI-powered digital products. Startup experience is mandatory must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools. Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards . Demonstrated experience building and testing prototypes across different devices and platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and direct involvement in Scrum teams . Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to unit testing is a plus.
