Senior UI/UX Designer (Kozhikode)

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex problems into sleek, intuitive designs. If you geek out over user journeys, obsess over pixel-perfect interfaces, and dream in Figma, let’s chat!

What You’ll Do:

• Design Delight: Craft visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps that make users say, “Wow, this just works.”
• Solve Puzzles: Dive into user research, wireframes, and prototypes to crack UX challenges like a pro.
• Collaborate: Partner with developers, product managers, and marketers to bring ideas from sketch to screen.
• Stay Fresh: Keep up with design trends, but know when to break the rules for the sake of usability.
• Test & Iterate: Use feedback and data to refine designs until they’re frictionless (and borderline addictive).

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ year of experience in UI/UX design (show us your portfolio—we want to see your process, not just pretty screens!).
• Toolbox Skills: Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Bonus if you’ve flirted with prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Framer.
• User-Centric Mindset: You don’t just design for Dribbble likes—you design for real people.
• Detail-Obsessed: You’ll fight for consistent spacing, typography, and color palettes like it’s your job (because it is).
• Basic UX Research Chops: Know how to conduct usability tests or create user personas.

Bonus Points If You:

Can dabble in motion design (micro-interactions, Lottie animations).

Understand basic HTML/CSS (no coding required, but it’s a plus!).

Have worked on E-commerce or quick-commerce products before.
