Senior UI Platform Web Engineer

Your responsibilities will include: - Empowering traders, sales, and portfolio managers with cutting-edge UI tools. - Utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to build a next-generation UI platform. - Focusing on user experience by creating intuitive and visually appealing platform capabilities. - Developing and maintaining standardized frameworks to ensure consistency and streamline development. - Enabling interoperability between UI applications across various projects and teams. - Designing robust, scalable, and resilient solutions to meet Citi's operational demands. - Advocating for modern software engineering practices and influencing UI development across the organization. - Collaborating with a passionate team committed to engineering excellence and a positive work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 14+ years of hands-on experience as a senior Full-Stack Web software engineer. - Expertise in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js. - Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like OpenShift. - Understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message queuing systems. - Previous experience with Electron, OpenFin, Finsemble, or Interop.io is a plus. - Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. - A commitment to clean code, testability, and maintainability. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
