Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Travel Counselor will be responsible for designing and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with travel agencies. Daily tasks include assisting clients with travel plans, booking accommodations, and offering expert travel advice to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Agencies
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Bhubaneswar
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online platforms ( including GDS will be advantageous)
• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry is preferred
