Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, located in Gurugram. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting, assisting with reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves developing travel plans tailored to clients' needs, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and handling travel management tasks.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus
• Proficient in Global Distribution Systems(GDS) including Amadeus,Galileo.
• Experienced in travel industry with 1-5 years.
