Job description
Dreamland Escapes is a Kolkata-based B2C travel company delivering exceptional domestic and international travel experiences. With a strong focus on tailor-made itineraries, family holidays, and group tours, Dreamland Escapes is expanding its presence in the high-potential MICE segment. We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our MICE business vertical.
• Proactively convert leads to confirmed sales, nurturing potential customers into loyal clients.
• Design, customize, and sell high-quality Domestic and International travel itineraries for various segments (FIT, GIT, Corporate, Business Travel).
• Assess and understand clients’ needs to craft personalized travel experiences and solutions.
• Handle end-to-end travel planning, including transportation, accommodation, visa support, insurance, and concierge services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors, hotels, DMCs, and transportation providers across India and abroad.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a small team within Sales and Operations, ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Leverage existing network to build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate the best rates.
