About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused Ticketing Agent with direct experience using Amadeus (Cryptic interface) for airline booking and support operations. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Chennai office.

Relocation Support:

This position requires you to be based in Chennai.

If selected, your flight tickets and up to 20 days of hotel accommodation will be provided to help with relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Amadeus (Cryptic interface) for airline reservations, ticketing, and PNR management
• Process manual ticketing, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules
• Liaise with internal teams to enable smooth operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Amadeus (Cryptic interface)
• Working knowledge of manual ticketing processes
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Experience in customer service or the travel industry (preferred)
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
