As a Senior Trainer in Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking at MCTA (Marketing Courses Training Academy), your role involves teaching cyber security topics to students both in a classroom and online setting. You will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced topics, conducting hands-on labs and simulations, and ensuring that students are engaged and encouraged in their practical learning. Additionally, you need to stay updated with the latest trends in cyber security, assist students with doubts, assignments, and career guidance, and collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals to enhance training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Teach cyber security topics to students in a classroom or online setting - Develop and deliver curriculum on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced topics - Conduct hands-on labs and simulations to provide practical experience - Keep students engaged and encourage practical learning - Stay updated with the latest in cyber security (tools, threats, and best practices) - Help students with doubts, assignments, and career guidance - Coordinate with our training and academic teams to maintain high teaching standards - Create and update educational materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources - Collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals to enhance training programs - Evaluate and improve existing training courses based on participant feedback - Develop assessments and exams to gauge the effectiveness of the training programs Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in teaching Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking - Experience with curriculum development and educational content creation - Strong understanding of basic cyber security concepts (network security, ethical hacking, etc.) - Experience with hands-on labs and real-world cybersecurity simulations - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Passion for teaching and guiding students - Up-to-date with current cyber trends, tools, and best practices - Any relevant certification (CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory If you join us at MCTA, you can expect a friendly work culture, the opportunity to train and mentor future tech professionals, work with a supportive team, and grow your teaching career.
