Senior Testing Engineer

As a Senior Testing Engineer at MaxVolt Energy Industries Pvt. Your responsibilities will include leading the testing and validation of lithium battery products, developing comprehensive testing protocols, analyzing test results, and generating detailed reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. You will also establish and maintain quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and manage a team of testing technicians and engineers. Moreover, you will oversee the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and facilities, analyze data to identify trends and anomalies, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and reliability of battery products. Collaboration with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams, effective communication of test results and recommendations, and staying updated with the latest advancements in battery testing technologies are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in battery testing, preferably within the lithium battery or electronics manufacturing industry. Key skills required include Battery Testing Techniques, Understanding of Battery Chemistry, Safety Protocols, Regulatory Compliance, and Data Analysis and Interpretation.
