Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain high-voltage testing equipment, instruments, and machinery. Conduct electrical, mechanical, and thermal tests on insulators, switchgears, and other electrical items as per BIS/IEC/ASTM standards. Ensure calibration and upkeep of all testing apparatus as per NABL requirements. Record, analyze, and interpret test results with precision and accuracy. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for each test. Assist in internal quality audits and compliance processes. Coordinate with the R&D team for special tests and development of new procedures. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Interact with clients to understand their requirements and explain test procedures when needed. Support continual improvement and innovation in testing methodologies and efficiency.
