Job Description

As a Senior Test Solutions Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in the Micron DRAM Test Engineering team based in Hyderabad, India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new products, providing essential feedback for refining quality and performance - Developing and maintaining test programs for Micron DRAM products to meet customers" specifications and performance needs - Optimizing test programs by implementing more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing costs - Automating test processes through writing software scripts to enhance work efficiency - Ensuring excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction by enhancing test coverage - Collaborating with product/equipment engineering departments to improve product yield and develop customizations - Working with test capacity and manufacturing departments to achieve output goals - Developing and supervising process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of test processes Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field - Good programming skills with knowledge of C/C++ being an added advantage - Strong analytical problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of semiconductor device physics is a plus - Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment is beneficial Micron Technology, Inc. is a global leader in memory and storage solutions, committed to transforming how information enriches lives.
