Senior Test Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Test Solutions Engineer at Micron Technology in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing test programs for Micron DRAM products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new products, providing essential feedback for refining quality and performance. - Developing and maintaining test programs to meet customers" specifications, characterization needs, and analyze customer returns. - Optimizing test programs by implementing more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing costs. - Automating the test process through software script writing to enhance work efficiency. - Ensuring excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction by enhancing test coverage. - Collaborating with product/equipment engineering departments to improve overall product yield and develop customizations from available test solutions. - Working with test capacity and manufacturing departments to achieve output goals. - Developing and supervising process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of test processes. Your qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. - Good programming skills, with knowledge of C/C++ being an added advantage. - Solid analytical problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of semiconductor device physics is a plus. - Knowledge of the Unix/Linux environment is beneficial.
