Role & Responsibility
- Individually responsible for Integration & Testing of automation systems of Parcel and Amazon warehouse projects.
- Dealing with Customer for their requirement and queries.
- Work closely with Electro-mechanical (EM), Mechanical (Mech), SCADA, HLC & PLC team of Project emulation test on time.
- Perform integration testing of PLC, High level control (HLC), SCADA & Host.
- Collaborate with the Integration Manager in the test designs and test plans based on system design, risk analysis and customer demands.
- Set up and configure test environments and the test tooling, prepare the test execution for SFT (factory) & SST (site).
- Analyze and report the test results, (production) problems and verify solutions.
- Analyze parcel data logs and report issues if defect found.
- Performed Factory Testing in Vanderlande Head Quarter and In India.
- Keep track of the defects and fix those defects aligned with sub-contractors.
- Manage all the commissioning & testing tasks of Customer Projects.
- Execute all the planned activities & execute the test cases to check the Sorter capabilities and capacities.
- Calculate Throughput of system.
- Creating Material flow diagram (MFD).
- Create control architecture of the system.
Mandatory Skills:
- Must have engineering degree Electronics /Instrumentation /Electrical
8 - 15 yr Experience in PLC controls, EM & Onsite Commissioning of projects. - Must have commissioning experience in Controls & Electromechanical.
- Knowledge of Material Handling or Distribution System Domain or Field work would be and added advantage.
- Knowledge of Testing / development life cycle. (V-Model, CMMi, Agile) and Test processes
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA,
- Understand and read Electrical wiring diagram.
- Understand and read Mechanical Layout.
- Strong Communication, Interpreting and Analytical Skills.
- Good Team Player, Proactive, Self-Lerner
- Knowledge of test tool (e.g. Jira).
- Must have the ability to properly prioritize work/activities.
- Possess a strong ability to solve problems and research solutions.
- Willing to Travel extensively as per business need and on short notice as well.
