Roles and responsibilities (Claims Testing):

Claims testing experience is mandatory

Participate in all Scrum activities/ ceremonies
Co-ordinate with Onsite teams
Work with Business team to get requirement clarifications
Participate in requirements review sessions and analyze work items (User Stories/Bugs)
Prepare test plans and get it reviewed with Analysts
Perform test execution and report execution results
Automate regression test scripts using C# with Selenium test automation tool
Maintain regression test scripts, test suites and test data
Schedule Demos with business and IT to review and sign-off of the deliverables
Log defects in ADO
Retest defects
PROD Bugs RCA
Plan and track metrics
Review testing deliverables
Communicate script / environment issues and concerns
Send daily status report to SM/ PO’s
