Job Description

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce test automation using Provar. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated and manual test suites for Salesforce applications. Prior exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with an understanding of QA best practices within Agile delivery environments.

Role and responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud).
Analyze business requirements and user stories to derive comprehensive test cases and automation scripts.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce Health Cloud (e.g., Patient 360, Care Plans, Provider data).
Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business analysts for early defect detection and resolution.
Maintain automation frameworks, update reusable components, and ensure CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Prepare and maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and test execution reports.

Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Provar automation (test design, execution, and maintenance).
Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Experience in SOQL/SOSL queries, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and test data setup.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based QA delivery.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred) understanding patient data models, provider networks, and clinical workflows.

Nice-to-have skills

Good to have basic knowledge Pharma/Life Sciences.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related science field or equivalent
