Job Description

Job Title: Sr. QA Analyst iBPS (Newgen)

Experience:

Senior QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios.
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for iBPS Loan Origination workflows.
Validate corporate customer journeys and process flows within the Newgen iBPS application.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
Work closely with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
Provide test reports, metrics, and sign-offs to stakeholders.
Support UAT and assist in root cause analysis for production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in QA/testing within BFSI domain applications.
Strong hands-on experience with
iBPS (Newgen)
– preferably in
Corporate Loans Origination
.
Sound understanding of banking processes, corporate lending, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with SQL queries for backend validation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Mumbai
