Job Description

Barclaycard Payments is looking for Senior Test Analyst to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in operation and safety, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
