Within the FRS, OFS NEO project team is to completely overhaul the Group's Finance platform, One Financial System (OFS), which manages the accounting of more than 70% of the bank's entities. The construction of this new generation of financial platform, which will take place over several years, is a key challenge for the Finance and RISK professions. This is a unique opportunity to participate in an ambitious and exciting project!
Position involves in the design and development of the OFS NEO product within an agile squad and in coherence with the architecture and design patterns defined by the Technical Leader.
Position is part of a multidisciplinary team (architects, developers, analysts, production teams, etc.) that will operate in agile and iterative mode, from design to deployment. The team is made up of about fifty people and will interact with a wide range of stakeholders within the IT and business community.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret requirement & issues specifications received from Business analysts or production teams.
Participate with analysts to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications.
Work in collaboration with the analyst of the project to meet the clients expectations.
Take charge of the development work according to the priorities defined by the product owner.
Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs, develop technical requirements.
Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received.
Packaging and deployment on non-production environments and monitor production releases & deployments
Participate in the testing support (system, user acceptance, regression) .
Bring a high level of quality in developments, in terms of maintainability, testability and performance. Participate in code reviews set up within the program.
