Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, answer queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.preferable with laptop Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services. • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. • Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the database. • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. • Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets. • Handle objections politely and close sales when possible. • Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their concerns. • Coordinate with the sales team for further action on qualified leads. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: [10th / 12th pass / Graduate] • Good verbal communication skills in [languages required]. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). • Persuasive and customer-focused attitude. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
