Senior Telecalling Executive – Ayurveda Sales

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Telecalling Manager / Sales Head
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (as per company policy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead telecalling efforts to promote and sell Swadeshi's Ayurveda products to existing and new customers.
• Handle high-value customers and guide them with product recommendations based on their needs and health concerns.
• Train and mentor junior telecalling executives on Ayurveda product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
• Maintain detailed call logs, sales records, and customer interaction data in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Handle queries related to Ayurveda products, benefits, dosage, and usage instructions.
• Suggest new offers or product bundling strategies based on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecalling or telesales of Ayurvedic or wellness products (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic ingredients, formulations, and product applications.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of using CRM tools, Excel, and order entry systems.
• Convincing and customer-oriented sales approach.
