Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, support recruitment activities, and coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates for current job openings and collect required details
• Explain job roles, company profile, interview schedules, and joining formalities
• Handle inbound calls and respond to candidate queries professionally
• Follow up with candidates on interview status and joining confirmations
• Maintain accurate call records, daily reports, and recruitment databases
• Coordinate with the HR team for ongoing hiring requirements
• Support basic administrative and documentation tasks when required

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Pleasant voice with professional phone etiquette
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle high call volumes
• Quick learner and team player

Qualification & Experience

• Any degree preferred
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
