Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining project details, and ensuring successful follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits and sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share details about current projects. Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining call logs. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers. Maintain a professional and positive tone on calls at all times. Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and contribute toward sales goals. Understand customer needs and guide them towards the right property options. Coordinate with Sales Managers for timely follow-up and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills. Ability to maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
