The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for proactively engaging potential and existing customers over the phone to explain, promote, and facilitate the application process for Personal Loans and Overdraft products. This role requires a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional product knowledge, and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise. ___________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets for Personal Loans and Overdraft disbursements. Manage a high volume of outbound calls and strategically follow up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., website inquiries, existing customer lists). Product Expertise & Pitching: Deeply understand the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements of all Personal Loan and Overdraft products offered by the company. Articulate complex financial information clearly and persuasively to prospective clients. Specialize in consultative selling, accurately assessing the customer's financial needs to recommend the most suitable product (Personal Loan vs. Overdraft). Application & Documentation: Guide customers through the initial stages of the application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately. Thoroughly explain required documentation (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.) and ensure a smooth handover to the credit/processing team. Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulations (RBI guidelines, etc.).
