Senior Technology Consultant IT

Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic team as a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with over 10+ years of experience. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. - Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements and integrate with third-party applications and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Implement and manage complex workflows, process builders, triggers, and other advanced Salesforce automation tools. - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues, perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the delivery of solutions and maintain compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and security protocols. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Proficiency in Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. - Experience with Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs) and development tools. - Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello. - Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
