Senior Technician

We are looking for a Senior Technician – Maintenance to manage and maintain production and utility equipment, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems (Freon-based compressors).
• Maintenance of ice cream continuous freezers, cold rooms, pasteurizers, homogenizers, and CIP systems.
• Handling utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chilled water systems, and water treatment plants.
• Electrical troubleshooting of motors, MCC panels, VFDs, with basic PLC knowledge.
• Mechanical maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and bearings.
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and quick breakdown troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and plant safety standards.
• Leading and training technicians and coordinating with production and quality teams.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: IT REFRIGRATION
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant plant maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead teams and work in coordination with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
