Senior Technical Support Engineer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Network & Security sought by the company to join their IT infrastructure team in Pune. You should have 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting complex network and security infrastructures. Your role will involve hands-on expertise with various technologies and security platforms such as Cisco, Citrix NetScaler, Checkpoint, FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Juniper (JNAS). - Maintain, configure, and secure network and security devices like firewalls, load balancers, proxies, remote access solutions, WAN acceleration tools, wireless infrastructure, DNS services, and streaming media platforms. - Provide end-to-end support for network security services to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience. - Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation covering installation procedures, incident response actions, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and clients to translate technical requirements into clear operational scenarios and provide insights for improvement. - Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication. - Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in network and security domains. - Certifications: CCNA, CCDA are mandatory; CCNP or CCDP will be considered a strong plus. - Location: Pune This position is suitable for individuals passionate about network security, who thrive on solving technical challenges and working in a dynamic and evolving IT landscape.,
