Job Description

As a Security Remote Technical Support Engineer (L4) at NTT DATA, you will play an essential role in providing professional remote technical support services to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the support process, handling support requests, monitoring service delivery against service level agreements, analyzing service records, and ensuring incidents are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. You will be expected to escalate unresolved incidents, document and close resolved incidents, investigate root causes of incidents, and implement preventative measures. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders including client IT environments, vendors, carriers, and colleagues to diagnose errors, identify resolutions, and align with company-defined processes and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess advanced knowledge of technical documentation, management agent concepts, and vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterConnect, and Sonus. You must be customer service-oriented, proactive, highly driven, self-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical, logical, and communication skills. Furthermore, you should be a team player capable of working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and possess expert-level certifications in different networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Aruba, and BlueCoat. You should have advanced experience in security technologies, technical support, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and providing remote support in security technologies.
