Job Description

Role Overview: As a Security Remote Technical Support Engineer (L4) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Your role will involve maintaining the support process, analyzing service records, investigating root causes of incidents, and continuously updating systems and tools as per standard procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the support process and handle support requests according to procedures. - Perform maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against service level agreements. - Analyze service records regularly to identify actions needed for improvement. - Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution. - Document and close resolved incidents according to agreed procedures. - Apply tools and techniques to track and correct information related to CIs. - Investigate root causes of incidents remotely and implement remedies. - Provide detailed advice on specific specialisms and create knowledge articles. - Upgrade skills and knowledge on latest products and technologies. - Identify operational and technical risks and provide suitable mitigation. Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge of technical documentation. - Advanced knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, etc. - Customer service orientation and proactive thinking. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. - Expert level Certification in Networking Technologies. - Advanced experience in Security technologies and technical support.
