Description
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will automate CI/CD processes, improve Infrastructure as Code, manage build environments on OpenStack and Kubernetes, enhance CI availability, collaborate with teams to optimize workflows, and contribute to the open-source community while mentoring junior team members and defining improvement projects to optimize time-to-market. You have: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with 10+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Ansible, and the ELK Stack. Proficiency in Perl, Python, and Shell scripting for automation and integration. Extensive experience with OpenStack, AWS, and KVM for managing cloud infrastructure. Experience using tools like Maven, Robot Framework, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing issues in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. It would be nice if you also had: Understanding of TCP/IP protocols to enhance network performance in DevOps processes. Cross-functional experience, including product development, operations, and RD. Deliver code to automate CI/CD processes and improve Infrastructure as Code, learning best practices to streamline development workflows. Gain hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and hardening build environments on private and public cloud platforms such as OpenStack and Kubernetes. Contribute to improving the availability and cycle times of CI, enhancing the software validation and delivery flow for large-scale software teams. Work with Jenkins, SONAR, Maven, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools to enhance and upgrade components, contributing to the open-source community. Collaborate with product developers, CI OPS, and cloud teams to optimize CI pipelines, improving teamwork and communication. Strengthen static code analysis and enhance test automation frameworks, optimizing the test pyramid and improving software quality. Guide junior team members, helping them improve their skills while ensuring high-quality task execution. Contribute to defining new improvement projects and PoCs with product development teams, optimizing time-to-market (TTM) through process flow automation.
